Lovely service from staff. The store is kept so tidy and displays are very appealing and organised. Sale items are plentiful too. I love how this store is connected to a ZING so conveniently so gift shopping is made easy for that nerdy friend of yours last minute. I highly recommend this store over most EB Games stores.

Staff are fantastic with customer service! The upsells get a bit old, and the fact you have to price-match so you're not overpaying for games and peripherals is also a bit frustrating, but expected when dealing with an EB Games!

Always find the staff helpful and willing to locate items at other stores if required. Some might argue it's more about the geek accessories than games but the selection is good and the returns policy is why I keep going back. Smart business.

One of the local EB Games out there, great location just inside the mall (quieter than the Plaza), clean as a regular EB Games, service is 10 out of 10 despite them no longer selling DS Games as it's a shame that happened. These photos are showing the 2nd last DS game sold and the most recent one bought by Jaiden. Thank you for selling DS games for 16 years or less. If you want DS games now, go to cash converters or the Plaza EB Games (while stocks last) or JB Hifi in Old Geelong Road. Many Thanks :)

Tends to get very busy however customer service here can never be questioned. Whether it’s for the kids or your an adult upon leaving this store I always feel that I have had a wonderful experience
