Poor service. Had a faulty laptop after 1 day of use something I need to use everyday for work had to wait a week for a new replacement even thou a store 10mins down the road had 4 in stock. No compassion for people needing to use a laptop everyday for work.

Just wanted to say that we just had the most fabulous customer service experience with Connor at Jb Hi-Fi in the Glen- they were absolutely incredible, kind and took their time helping us, even at the end of a long shift at the EOFY. Mel at the counter was also lovely and friendly- what a great shopping experience!

Every JB Hi-Fi looks almost identical with their loud yellow banners of promotion and discounts. However when you step in something could be different.Service [3] One would expect to receive good customer service but if all staff are busy then you are on your own. Here one or two staffs not engaging with customer but I have to make the first move to enquire on an item.Products [3] JB Hi-Fi would pride themselves as carrying most brands and products. Unfortunately I am after iPhone magsafe charger and nothing on display. When asked, the sales person recommended another brand which is not I am after.Moving on to the TV section, I want to explore Sony TV above 65

Friendly staff and they were ready to help us if needed which was appreciated.But the security guard really left a bad taste in my mouth. From the get go she wouldn't stop staring at us and we noticed that those who walked out didn't have their bags checked. But when we left, she stopped us to look into our bags which I understand. However, she touched my belongings in the bag and took the receipt to read without asking us. As someone who worked in retail, I was always told to not touch anything in a customer's bag but she touched my receipt and tried to move some stuff out of the way. Unsure if policies for JBHIFI differs but i found this so uncomfortable and rude.

Poor service, staff poorly trained, i remember a time where you would always get approached if you were browsing and staff actually tried in selling you a product. Not anymore, you probably lost countless easy sales because of this.

This is my second visit to the Springvale store and the customer service is non-existent. Contrasting this with stores such as JB Hi-Fi, The Glen, this is almost in the never-visit-again category. Went in for a service issue that recurred the second time and the attitude was go-away". The folks did not know that the screen protector was factory installed and tried their bit to scrape the screen protector right in front of me to prove that it was a screen protector. I literally got my phone back and just left the store and started dealing with the folks at the Glen. Though the problem was not resolved here - it was the attitude to address my problem that stood out including diligent call backs."

Living within walking distance of the shopping centre, I frequently browse the shelves of this JB hi-fi! They almost always have what I am after and the service is friendly and always helpful!
