From the very initial contact with Urban it was amazing. I spoke with Mel and she was so patient and calm in helping me choose the right treatment i wanted. The tone of her voice and pace was so kind and gentle, perfect so welcoming. When I attended, everything was lovely, again welcomed by Mel, the treatment was amazing, beautiful place, ambience, peaceful and relaxing after with a cuppa and ocean views!Thank you, and oh I received a discount as it was my birthday, really topped off my whole experience. I've just had one of the best massages in my life, and I've had some..Urban Retreat Day Spa is a beautiful and tranquil place. You feel relaxed as soon as you walk upstairs to where the spa is. Fantastic and beautiful staff.I had chosen the Salt scrub massage and I had Rea doing it. She was amazing! Very gentle and professional and she used the perfect pressure. Just how I like it.Thank you so very much Rea and Urban Spa, I'll definitely be back.

My fist time attending Urban Retreat Day Spa and it most definitely won’t be my last. I booked a Spa Sanctuary for my friend and I, my friend was visiting from Canberra. We have had many massages and facials in the past but we both agreed this was the absolute best experience and would like to thank both Beth and Casey for looking after us.

Very friendly personal, great customer service and customer orientated style. Got Five Senses Massage from Claire it was wonderful. I’m very picky when it comes to massage but she was amazing. Like the location and crevice they provide. RECOMMEND it. Definitely will be coming back.

Wow what an amazing place this is I didn't know we had such luxury here in Rockingham.I was there yesterday for Well needed pamper session. Once I walk into the place the warm and greeting of the girls was so beautiful! .The package was Brilliant Annie who look.after me for the day was so attentive she did above and beyond!! What an awesome day I had at Urban Retreat. Starting with a lovely warm greeting at reception when I arrived. The decor is beautiful, peaceful and very relaxing. For almost four hours I was pampered by Ezra. I had the Five Senses massage which was amazing, then a facial, a pedicure and manicure. I cannot say how lovely and professional Ezra is. She was gentle and friendly and made the day one that I won’t ever forget. Thank you Ezra and Urban Retreat for a truly wonderful, pampering experience. I will be back and would be happy to recommend Urban Retreat to anyone who wants an unforgettable experience. ❤️❤️❤️

Elena is definitely who you need for a full body massage and/or facial. It's like she can just see inside your body and know where to heal you. Honestly her hands are healing, she is magic!! She makes you feel comfortable, not self conscious and you are treated to pure bliss. You realise you deserve and need this. What an amazing lady. I'm so grateful for her time yesterday. My time at Urban Day Spa was luxury from word go. The robes, the lemon and ginger tea, the cake, the view, the products used and the staff.... total 5 star! I've been travelling Australia and I can say Elena is worth the money she has something extra.
