Fraud company. I have never registered on their website but they contacted me 5 times a day. I have already told them I don’t need their service and I didn’t register anything on their website but they still call me and txt me by using different numbers. Their rate should be negative.

Worst customer service. They are all over you when they are trying to sign you up, but when you want to talk to them, no one ever answers the phone or returns a call, or responds to emails. They charged us for paid membership but never set it up! They said your case manager will be in contact because we want our money back and to cancel all dealing with them, and over a month later, yep still waiting! They also never added our invocies on our portal and I can't even view our contract either.They don't even advertise our trade service (or many other services) on their home page! We paid for a website through them (it looks really good) but it's like having a Ferrari sitting in your yard with no engine in it. There are no SEO's set up for our website (which we weren't aware of), only found this out when they called trying to sell us an upgrade to include them! We have had about 7 leads, mostly 2-3 hours away for a job that would take 30 mins. Our business is more serviced base so maybe with items like machinery it's great, but I would give zero stars if I could. Keep your money and invest it somewhere else. I rarely leave negative feedback, but perhaps they might see this and call me back about refunding my money they owe me!

In the beginning we signed up under a free subscription, however due to their professional services and support our relationship has grown significantly. iseekplanthas helped our business grow and even set up our website. When our business was targeted by fraudsters, Guy and his team went above and beyond to help guide us through securing our online services.

We recently signed up to Iseekplant and had our website built by Iseekplant, all team members were amazing, they created exactly what we wanted and were so easy to work with . We love the platform and have received many job requests . The platform is easy to use and having the option to be able to call and speak to the person you are quoting work for makes it so much easier than filling our paperwork and tender etc.

We signed up being told we'll be getting good leads once we start paying for the service. Since we've signed up there have been absolutely zero leads. We asked them to cancel our subscription but they try to keep passing on alternate" solutions to us which we don't need and keep deducting the subscription fees without providing anything in return."

Absolute rort! They lie about market share to get you on board and fail to provide the outcomes they promise then they just take your money for no return.
