I attended the Restorative Yoga and Sound healing event with Lou and Leah, and wow wow wooooowwww!!! So good!!! Really enjoyed it and absolutely recommended you check this event it when it runs again. Well done Lou, Leah and Valarie!!

Valerie has run multiple events at my Flying Yogis studios over the last few years. I know that when Val is taking the program, it is going to go smoothly and everyone will enjoy it immensely. All her clients become repeat customers. And her own abilities to demonstrate every skill are outstanding !

I've loved Valerie's sunrise yoga and came back for the silent disco and cacao ceremony yoga class which was so heartfelt and a beautiful experience! The view, the music, the flow of the yoga and to top it off a delicious high quality cacao. I felt so warm and fuzzy filled with LOVE! I highly recommend everyone to try any of her classes :)

Amazing yoga classes by the ocean. Valerie is awesome: She has a great teaching style, explains the different positions and flows very clearly and is a fun teacher. Silent disco yoga on a Sunday is so much fun, and I would highly recommend. We also saw a young whale during a class breaching the water every few minutes which made the experience extra special.

I love Valerie and her yoga classes!I've done her online yoga classes and I loved that I could take it anywhere I wanted a enjoy her flow. She is amazing as a person as well and it's nice to be around her.Will definitely try her events as well as she brings so much more than just regular yoga class. I always feel so inspired afterwards.Great work, keep up! <3

My wife and I attended an AcroYoga workshop with Valerie in Bondi Junction and we really enjoyed it. We were surprised how quickly we could get into 4 different poses. Valerie is a great instructor and she made us feel comfortable trying something new and she is very focused on safety by having a spotter when trying all poses. Highly recommend anyone to give it a go you won't regret it.

I attended to Valerie's Acroyoga workshop last Sunday in Flying Yogis and it was great. Challenging but she was giving amazing tips and corrections for us to improve. She was adjusting to the different levels of the people in the class to make sure everyone had a great experience. Really appreciate this and looking forward for the Acroyoga retreat in November :)

An all around amazing yoga experience. The teacher is calm, friendly, and inclusive, the views are outstanding, the classes are truly amazing for both mind and body. Even if you're never tried yoga-- or disliked it in the past-- definitely give Victory Yoga a try!
