Ordered online at 6.08pm for the delivery service within 2 hours. 8.30pm and my order still hasn't arrived. Got into the online chat on Dan Murphy's website, where the operator advised that the store is closed and that this is a failed delivery. I was rudely told to choose another day and time when I asked why the store did not notify me that the delivery was cancelled. No apologies, no explanation provided. Worst customer service. I will certainly never order online through this store again.

My favourite Dan's. They keep the beer I like in a ice cold fridge, where as all the others I go to only seem to have it on the shelf at room temperature, the staff are really helpful and nice.

Buy online through one of their competitors is my recommendation.Very disappointing experience. Trying to buy German wheat beer and there is no stock. I asked the cashier if there was an issue with deliveries and he said that its a company policy to order on a 'Just in time' policy. I suggested that maybe the policy had some issues and that he could provide feedback to management on my behalf.He claimed he would be sacked if he said anything.The difference between stores is incredible. The staff at Docklands are disinterested and unhelpful.

Dan Murphy's for all your significant celebrations and a quiet one too. A great selection of alcohol all at great prices. Though you wouldn't believe it, parking is quick and simple then you're out like a shot. My 'go to' place - almost as quick as a 'drive thru'.

NEW ADDITION TO THE UBIQUITOUS DAN MURPHY CHAINDan Murphy Docklands is a reasonably large liquor outlet located, not surprisingly, in the same building as Woolworths supermarket. Same great prices as other stores.Good option for that last minute bottle of wine to take to a nearby BYO restaurant or for a fast home delivery via the Dan Murphy online store.Easy parking in the car park adjacent - or a short walk down Dudley Street and under the rail bridge from the west end of the city.This whole complex is fairly new and so has very well designed stores with great access for people with mobility issues.

One of the worst organisations for being able to phone an outlet in your own suburb. Then trying to actually order a carton of specialty Ginger beer impossible. This kind of shopping should be simple...it isn't.

Only really good if your a wine Sommelier, it has a missive range. It's got the basics when it comes to beer's, sprit's & pre mixes. Good if your a local, amd within walking distance. Very limited parking out on the street. Otherwise it's paid parking.
