Spoke to a disrespectful attitude filled bloke named James who had the worst customer service voice I've ever heard. His answers were short, vague and belittling immediately. Because of this I wasn’t all that sure what steps to take next so I asked him to repeat with more clearer directions and his attitude got worse. Told him to calm the attitude and was hung up on!If changing my entire alarm system means I'll never need their help again I will be doing so and will never ever recommend this company to anyone. Will be posting on Facebook local pages of the Hills area to make sure nobody has to deal with the worse customer service I've ever experienced and I'm with telstra and for internet and phone service so that's saying something!

This is now only the corporate head office/training facility.
