Bay Explorers Early Learning & Child Care

My daughter has been attending bay explorers for over a year and we have been absolutely blown away with the quality of care that she has been given. The things she comes home and talks about has been amazing and the loving friendships she has developed with both the educators and children is so beautiful to see.

Daughter has been with the bay explorers family for her entire day car experience since she was 6 weeks old!Lovely environmentFriendly and welcoming staff who you can clearly see have a passion for caring for young children.

Wonderful childcare centre. Have friends that rave about what a great service they provided to their daughter.

The Bay Explorers team provided a wonderfully nurturing, supportive & safe environment for our son.With a diagnosis of Epilepsy, it was so very difficult to place him anywhere that was not home - where I could not be there with him.With the encouragement of his Pediatrician, the time came for us to step out of our own way & allow our precious little man to explore the world around him by opening the door to Kindy.We did some research & after a meeting with Centre Director, Talisha, Jack began his Kindy journey with Bay Explorers Urraween in 2017.Talisha was wonderful & despite my concerns for him, his seizures & how he would be managed at Kindy, she provided assurances, that he would be safe in their care & with her team.Jack’s confidence, development, social skills, motor skills, cognitive abilities & ability to learn, grew each & every day.We developed a wonderful relationship with the Educators in his rooms over the years & we felt that he was in safe hands - and the best of care.They were marvelous in their ability to manage him & the side affects he lived with as a result of his medication; they were patient, attentive & caring: supportive in his development & overall, just bloody legends in ensuring his needs were taken care of.The Bay Explorers team, communicated with us about his day, his development & general progress.He has had the good fortune to enjoy an abundance of wonderful women who have cared for him over the years, been there for him, supported him & helped him to grow & thrive whilst being confident in their support & presence.Jack has 3 days left of his Kindy life... before he prepares for a new journey at Prep & all that big school entails.While I am incredibly sad that this chapter is about to close, we are grateful to the team for their care & devotion to our son & his well-being.We weren’t sure what these years would bring for Jack .... but I know that his early childhood development was enriched & nurtured by a team of very capable & caring individuals, who we will miss very much.I wish I could leave special praise for each & every educator that touched Jack’s life .... but I couldn’t leave this review without special mention, especially for Chloe.... who moved with Jack into every room he moved up into.Chloe - we adore you. We will always be grateful for you & for being there for Jack. Your selflessness & willingness to go with him, helped him to be fearless as he explored the world around him, knowing you were there.With you - and all of the Bay Explorers team - he always felt safe. And I knew - he would never fall.Thank you Talisha - for being our safety blanket & for Jack’s early childhood years at Kindy. I don’t know what we would have done without you.Big hugs, gratitude & love to Talisha, Chloe, Leticia, Marissa, Ange, Luz, Bec, Kathy, Taylah, Tara, Shareena, Dee & Jasmine.
