Compliments to Jack from first phone call to completion of our TV purchase at the counter. Kane in the loading dock was so helpful checking and repacking the TV helping to load and strap it onto the trailer.We travelled from Bargara and it all went smoothly.

Tobi was an absolute champion. He could not have been more helpful. If only more staff there were like him it would be a great store. Other staff I spoke with a few days prior were less than helpful and gave the impression of not really wanting to be there. I would definitely recommend dealing with Tobi. Well done

Cannot recommend the staff at JB Hi-Fi Hervey Bay enough! The after sales service I have received is second to none. A special mention to Jesse who has sold me products that solved my internet issues and follow up service on phone and modem repairs! He is definitely an assistant to JB Hi-Fi Hervey Bay! I recommend to everyone!

Recently, I've made a few purchases from JB Hi-Fi Hervey Bay. Some reasonably large ticket items too. In all cases, I've found their team helpful, respectful and knowledgeable - particularly Matthew in the Tech department. He's checked websites for me, and definitely gone the extra mile to try to answer my queries - without judging me or making me feel a fool for not knowing, or asking the question. Highly recommend their services. They're my first stop when needing almost anything electronic.

Extremely poor after service. I have a broken down tv which is still under warranty. JB hifi has done nothing but dodge and weaving to assist. And they wonder why people buy online.Manager is awful and has ver poor communication skills. I know a staff member and he doesn’t speak highly of him either. Buy online

Friendly and helpful staff. Great range. Found many a bargain here over the christmas/new year period while visiting. I also did a click and collect order the day after boxing day and it was ready within an hour! Had a great experience each time I've been in the store and come out with exactly what I needed.

If you are looking for electronics of all sorts JB hifi is always a good starting place. The staff here are really friendly and super helpful when finding products. Most things are pretty affordable and priced competitively. Next time you are looking for an electronics shop come down here. The place is also really clean. Just have to walk through the shops a bit to get to the entrance.

Worst JB I’ve ever shopped at. Happy to take your cash but if you need help with an item you’ve bought you’re on your own. Some manager will throw policies in your face and send you away. Honestly if you’re in Hervey Bay and need electronics, stick with Good Guys or Harvey Norman, don’t waste your time with JB.
