We absolutely love our prints of our little one. Alia was very responsive in her communication and Bill made the whole process very smooth whilst our little one was getting his moulds. Would definitely recommend!

My first daughter’s foot casting was made in the UK and I wanted my next casting to look the same. Bill and Alia provided a fantastic service. They communicated with me through each stage of the process, and even offered to fix my first frame. They were fantastic to deal with and I’m delighted with my finished frame.

I would not recommend this place. The customer service is horrible, no communication with customers. I was not happy with the results of the impressions. I would of gone somewhere else if I knew the wait was going to be 6 months and such horrible service! Nicole was extremely rude on pick up then head office wanted me to deal with her to fix it. It was so annoying as I did them when my baby was newborn and couldn't just go get them done somewhere else as I didn't hear anything from Nicole until I messaged her and it had already been months. Such an over all disappointing experience.

Alia and Bill were very patience when moulding the feet and hands from my crying baby. The frame looked fantastic. Quality of service was impressive. Will definitely return if I have another baby.

Very professional and friendly service! Thank you so much! Not only did Alia make sure my daughter was comfortable during the whole process but the framed hand and foot sculpture looked better then I could have ever imagined. Highly recommended! :)
