Good old fashioned service with a smile. I am a happy past customer and today's experience is why. Drove up without an appointment to get some advice on my car radio. Tom cheerfully came and fixed the problem in seconds... no charge. While I was putting radio trim back in place an older lady/customer approached Tom about a tail light not working. Tom went and got a globe, changed it and waived her on her way. She was very grateful. The business is about people, trust and quality workmanship... all in abundance.

Really excellent care of an older VW EOS. The car had been neglected and needed a lot of tlc to drainage system wheel bearings and many other bits and pieces. Great communication and explanation and reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

Wonderful family business that serviced and kept my old Golf running for years, then got it RW for me as I passed it down to my nephew. Will be taking my newer BMW to them for its servicing requirements now. Always reasonably priced and they ring to confirm costs before proceeding. Old school service and trustworthy.

Courteous office staff arranging booking. Warm welcome. Once the team had assessed the vehicle, I was impressed by the clarity of briefing on work required now and the options for staging future items to maintain the vehicle in peak condition.The service costing was transparent and in line with expectations. No surprises. Just a great first time experience as a new customer.

My experience was so great. The team made me feel at ease immediately after a very stressful and unexpected problem with my car. From the first phone call the team was so friendly and caring, transparent and very reasonable in the pricing and my car was fixed in a matter of hours! Highly recommend!

Great friendly service and expertise.Took my car in to diagnose an engine issue. The problem was identified in a quick and professional manner. Communication was friendly and fantastic.Faulty part was ordered, arrived and was replaced very quickly.This business is trustworthy, provides good information/advice and does a great job.Greeted jovially and nicely by everyone in the workshop.I would highly recommend them to anyone for a second opinion or if you are having difficulties with your car. Great business.

Was able to take car at very short notice. Golf Cabrio roof was not operating. Conducted hydraulic repairs in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction. You wouldn't want to take your VW anywhere else.

Would not hesitate to recommend Volks Affair to attend to your European car. Every touch point the staff were warm, friendly and professional from Tom and Michelle in the office to the techs on the floor. The fault with my car was tricky, it was late Friday afternoon, raining and terrible. They provided me with a car for the weekend and had my car ready by Monday for me. Can't recommend them highly enough.
