took in a ring brought from there with a diamond missing & broken setting,they could not find this ring having been in their system so sent it for view,2 weeks later i was given a price & timeframe for repair, several weeks later i call them & got a hard time because supposedly they had called me,went in to collect the following day only to discover my yellow gold ring was now white gold!

Rude customer service. don’t recommend going there when there is multiple other jewellers in the centre. clearly they don’t realise that. wouldn’t even give them one star but stupid google forces me to press one star.
