Very good company

We are a Tencia user moving to MYOB Advanced Plus.Tencia is difficult to use, does not have online help, the control accounts are often out of balance with the sub ledgers. It would help a lot if Arrow provided direct support to users and made a real effort to understand the problems. A pity that so much design stopped before good user interface was perfected.
