staff is extremely disrespectful, whispering and laughing at my partner and i. not honouring requests when given the option. instead, was rude back and didn’t give an explanation why. there was a discrepancy about pay to which the staff member asked the manager who nonchalantly chose to ignore the discrepancy and also not elaborate as to why we were made to pay more.

Everything was good except one star less because their was ALOT of leaves with the salad for the salmon and I feel like they could have done that a bit better, maybe add some avocado or a bit of coleslaw aswell...? The kids weren't to happy with the nuggets either, one said that they tasted like they had potato in them but I think they just had a lot of mushy batter inside with the meat. Everything else was Still tasty though. Good service. Decent prices. The schnitzels are always delicious, thick and juicy.

Absolutely disgusting! I Uber ordered a pork schnitzel with mushroom sauce and coleslaw. I ended up getting a beef schnitzel that I had a few bites of and it was dry as hell. The coleslaw was missing, and the mushroom SAUCE was this gloopy so called mushroom gravy. I rang the restaurant to advise what I'd received and the response I got was I could go down and get a new one, to which I said that, that defeats the point of UberEats. I was then just thanked for letting them know and they will let the kitchen know. I wasn't offered reimbursement, or a voucher for another meal. Not good enough!!

We met up with our kids and their son and went to our reserved table. The table wasn't good for me so the young lady moved us to another. Great attention seems to be lavished on all customers without being intrusive.Ordered via their Web and food wasn't too long. Wow you get a lot of food. It was all great but I couldn't eat it all. Pity!We'll be going there again soon to try some of the other dishes. Thoroughly recommend this place.

The food was fantastic, but I'm still never going back.We had a booking that the staff stressed to us was from 11:30 to 1 as we have another booking on that table for 1.15". We all arrived on time and ordered promptly. As soon as we had ordered a waitress came and tried to give us another table's order. Kids meals arrived fairly quickly but we then waited until 12.30 for the first adult meals to arrive.We had to buy our daughter dessert just to keep her entertained until our meals were served. Meals came in small groups of two or 3 plates at a time for our table of 6 adults

We ordered via the QR scan and paid using the system, it was nice and easy to navigate, transaction was quick too.We did enjoy our food. It was really well portioned and perfectly balanced with the amount of toppings and ingredients.Good experience trying at this location in Golden Grove.Can see that some prams had a bit of trouble walking/pushing through and having a bit of space. Plenty of seating there however. Very clean and neat. Staff are nice.

Chef" struggled to remember what the 3 dips were. Had vegetarian nachos were cold and scarce on guacamole and had weird cherry tomato's shoved through it. Looked obvious they tried to save money. Lovely waitress can't save the food. Needs overhaul and new owner?"

Meal only come out one at a time. My steak was the first meal to come out, with a big gap between each meal. The Caesar salad was the last meal was only lettuce with a little bit of chicken. So my my steak was extreme cold by the time all five meals come out.

Overall not an experience I would go back for again! The piece of chicken is thin and dry and in all honesty, unless your having the lunch special, this schnitzel is not worth $27. I ordered the AB schnitzel thinking it would be like an AB pack where it has a lot of sauce, this definitely didn’t have that! All in all, it tastes good but it’s not worth what I paid for it!

Schnithouse Golden Grove
We have been here multiple times and have enjoyed our meals and the staff are very friendly and professional. But we went here on a Thursday night, it was very quiet we were the only ones there but our chichen schnitzels came out cold were so dry and over cooked. It was like they had been reheated instead of freshly cooked. We were very disappointed. We probably wouldn't go back again.
