I had to write this review, as i'm very disappointed and quite embarrassed in front of my guests.Music:Band was fantastic. they are wonderful musicians and we an absolute pleasure to watch! would come back to see them again.Waiter staff: Nice and easy.Food: Beyond disappointed. We were looking forward to hot dishes: they have arrived: 1 Slice of cheesy pizza (which was yum) and two small pieces of lamb shish kebab (shashlyk) yum as well....at 10 15 PM! Our table also missed out on 1 hot course - simply forgotten. The food was made by a home cook somewhere (and i dont mind that) but really it was a far cry from a feast. We left hungry. Definitely not a representation of Russian food, and frankly an insult to Georgian table. There are better places to experience nice food and a show. Not coming back.

First time in Nevsky, cozy restaurant. Hospitable hosts who made us feel welcome and comfortable, delicious dishes. Amazing home made ginger flavored vodka, must try! Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend this place for big events like birthday parties and weddings.The owners are very friendly and accommodating; they have recommended a florist and a specialist who helped to decorate the venue for the wedding.The food (from Russian cuisine) is delicious, the set menu can be customised as needed, and it includes plenty.There is no surcharge for BYO.Our DJ was able to use their equipment, including projector and lights, it was handy. But they also offer their own live music which is included in the set menu.It was very convenient for us to have an official ceremony on premises followed by dinner. Not many wedding receptions would allow you to do this.The staff provided a very good customer service.Overall, my experience with this place was outstanding, and all our guests were also very impressed with the service, food and decorations.Thank you, Rada :-))

The best Russian restaurant experience! Wow really recommend to anyone who likes the authentic cuisine and drinks!

That’s the worst food and experience we had in Melbourne. We went there on Tuesday night just to experience Russian cuisine and catch up with a couple of friends. The host didn’t even say hello to us, just pointed in the direction of our table. The food was mediocre I really regretted to have couple of Ausies with us as I was ashamed that their first inpretion of Russian food was from this place. Also the was a mouse running around statues there..

Fresh and delicious food.Highly recommended if you love or want to try the eastern-European cuisine!
