Vic (owner) and his son Alex did a great job cleaning and deodorising the large amount of carpet over two floors in my apartment including carpeted stairs. The results are really noticeable and the deodoriser leaves the space with a pleasant fresh scent. They are friendly and comfortable to deal with. Offer quotes and provide receipts if needed and accept cash or card. I’ve recommended them to friends. Highly recommended :)I asked if they also do tile/ grout cleaning service and they do if needed.

Metro Carpet Cleaning very professional. My carpet old, tired, but following carpet cleaning my carpet looks so much better, I am very happy.I had water damage in one area following a toilet replacement & Metro eliminated the stain as well as black grouting left on cream carpet. Couldn’t be happier.

Used Vic and his team twice now. They go the extra mile. Just had them back again as my carpet was looking worst for wear and they had my carpets sparkling. I also asked them if they could do a chair which had marks all over it and it almost now looks like new. Highly recommended!
