Battery World Albion

Was going to leave a 3*review but it's now only 1*. Bought a battery there and been sold a second battery without me asking for it. Service OK, The attitude of the guy who appears to act as the owner is arrogant, he is up himself, no eye contacts, he keeps doing whatever he wants while you talk to him, no idea whether he's listening or not. No communication skills whatsoever surprised he still able to make profit with this franchise. Prices are up there too.

All types of batteries. I was able to get a rare 1225 battery for a thermometer, at a good price. Off road parking available

Dropped in for a car battery. Had the best service! Recommend dropping in here if you need a battery.

The fellas here have helped me out a number of times now. They're good and knowledgeable blokes who are happy to help you tackle whatever situation you're in.

Told by my mechanic (a franchise outfit in Albion) that I needed to replace the car battery I decided against getting it changed by them and instead took it myself to these guys. We had selected the new battery and the deal was done but when the guys went to replace the current battery for me they thought it was odd that it needed replacing. So they tested the battery multiple ways and found the battery was fine. This kind of honesty and customer service is pretty rare these days; so now that I’ve found it, I will be back when my car battery actually does need replacing.

The staff at Battery World Albion are very friendly, helpful and have excellent customer service. I recently called into the shop with a flat battery (which I jump started) and the staff member Keenan assisted me to have it changed and get on my way. I have been buying all of my batteries from Battery World here and in Macgregor as the batteries have a longer warranty and the staff always answer any questions I have. Highly recommend there guys! 5 stars!

Aaron from battery world came to our house to replace the failed battery in our car. He was punctual and arrived within 30 mins. As someone that has previously worked for Battery World I cannot believe this franchise is still allowed to operate.The owner is incredibly arrogant. After 3 chances with this business I have determined that everyday is a bad day for him I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt as I trust the brand. NOT ANYMORETried to sell me the incorrect battery for our yard (used car dealership) not only will this no longer pass roadworthy but it wouldn't last more than 12 months in the application.He also advised I fit loose terminals to an auxiliary battery which is actually a fire hazard.When asked if he can solder a connector onto the new battery he said they do not have a soldering iron in the shop.A BATTERY WORLD WITHOUT THE EQUIPMENT TO DO NECESSARY JOBSAVOID THIS BUSINESS. SHOP ELSEWHERE.HIS PRICES ARE JACKED UP COMPARED TO OTHER FRANCHISES.ON MY WAY OUT I WATCHED HIM DROP A BATTERY AND PUT BACK ON THE SHELFBIG NONOALSO DAMAGED CUSTOMERS CAR AND HAD DENT REPAIRS ON SITE TO COVER HIS MISTAKES.

Good price for a good brand & good quality battery. Really helpful & they have the right equipment to do a popper reset/recode on European cars. Around 40% saving on the dealer price for a better brand battery. I would recommend Albion Battery World
