Love the friendly/helpful staff here in North Lakes. So far all the alterations I have are done nicely and efficiently. Highly recommend this place

Took my wedding dress to dry clean then text me 5 days later saying they couldn’t do it. When I went to pick up my dress and get back my deposit, they refused to put it on my card as my husband paid for the deposit while I was with him. Not impressed - don’t waste your time here.

I went today to see if I could mend an item, the girl with half red and blonde hair served me. After the price of $25 to mend something i could replace for the same price i said actually that's ok i won't get it done very politely, she said nothing and walked off! So rude, I'll drive to your chermside store instead. Won't be back here.

Beth was wonderful and very precise and patient while we worked out the alterations I wanted for my wedding dress.Great service. Highly recommend.

Absolutely unacceptable. Put 4 men’s suits in for dry cleaning on Monday. Paid extra to ensure I would have them back by Friday as our event was on the Saturday. Was told they would be back 4pm. Rang at lunch on Friday to confirm yep all good. 4.30pm no txt yet so rang them only to be told they were not going to be getting the dry cleaning today instead at 9am Saturday. We leave at 7am Sat to an event so I then had 30min to source another suit and $400 more dollars I didn’t want to and don’t have to spend on another one due to a companies complete lack of care.Never using again and expect a full refund not just the extra I paid to get it express which is what I was offered. Seriously!

The ladies have been absolutely amazing! Made me feel comfortable, and my pants are prefect!

We have used this establishment regularly over the past year due to Covid shutdowns of similar businesses. They have horrible service from rude staff. They have never once notified us when dry cleaning or alterations are ready for pick-up despite saying they will. We don’t live close by so can’t just “pop in” to check. When asking about a job from 2 months ago, we were told “there are 200 items out the back, I can’t simply just get it. You’ll have to come back later.” EXCUSE ME? Will not be returning and strongly advise everyone take their business elsewhere. Shocking behaviour!
