During our overnight stay in Wollongong for the long weekend, we stumbled upon The Spiegeltent in the local event guide. Intrigued, we decided to book tickets to see the Corey's Cell Block 69 show.To say we were entertained is an understatement - the music was infectious, energetic, and brought a wave of nostalgia over us. This was our first time attending a show in a setting like this, and we were thoroughly impressed and pleased with our $35 investment. Loved the show at the Wollongong Spiegeltent last night.Highly recommend this show!!

We were invited to the Dumtectives at Spiegeltent Wollongong on 15 Jun.The tent is beautiful, I loved the booths and art deco theme. The stage is in a great position to see the show.We were a bit taken back with some male nudity and the drag theme, my husband more so than I. We did witness people get up and leave at that point and I noticed there were a lot of young children in the audience which was inappropriate for them to be there despite the parents being there, it wasn't the place for them.I would say this show went on 30 minutes too long, it got a bit repetitive with the slapstick comedy and became a bit boring. I was hoping to see the woman singing, she was amazing. I see why she didn't perform because of the ending but I was hoping she would come out in person.It was a nice mid evening event to go to, would I go back, probably not to the same show, maybe another.

Scammers! Spiegeltent NewcastlePurchased tickets to an event in 2019, the event was postponed due to covid restrictions in 2020. Only to find out off the performer the show was actually cancelled found out on 29/09/2022 (2 years later) and to contact the venue to receive my refund. Phone number not listed anywhere on their website, only found email address, Facebook and Instagram accounts to contact. I haveEmailed, Facebook messaged and Instagram messaged this company for my refund and have received no reply. Of course no contact number to call so no chance of getting your entitled refund.Don’t purchase anything from this company they take your money and run!!Buyer beware!!
