A fabulous service from booking to completion. Maxwell was very knowledgeable - even explaining everything he was doing along the way and how different bugs & insects work.Will definitely use Inner West PC again!

Inner West Pest Control undertook our annual pest inspection and treatment after a recommendation from our neighbour.From the outset I found them very professional in all dealings including the initial booking, ongoing communications and the actual inspection.Maxwell arrived on time on the day of the inspection and provided a comprehensive outline of the inspection and treatment process. He was very professional and courteous to our needs.Post inspection we were provided with very comprehensive report detailing what was undertaken and all findings from the inspection.I would highly recommend Inner West Pest Control.

Maxwell came and did our pest control service. Did a really good job of explaining what he was going to do and then gave a thorough review of what he did when completed. The whole process was very efficient from initial inquiry through to payment. Happy to use these guys again in the future.

Maxwell the “termite” man did the job for us. It was our first time to use Inner West Pest Control but we will certainly continue to use them. From the first phone call with Annika to the service provided by Maxwell, these guys were wonderful to deal with. This was a service provided at my parents' house that I couldn't be there for, but Maxwell called me to tell me what he had done. My parents were very happy with the service and the result.
