Sunwise Blinds, Awnings & Umbrellas Gold Coast

We used to cop the harsh afternoon sun on our outdoor entertainment area which made it unbearable during the summer months. I rang Clive from Sunwise Blinds and Awnings and they fitted some outdoor shade blinds for us which were ideal as we could adjust to suit the temperature and they did a fantastic job at a great price! Thanks guys - well done.

I was sent something that was slightly bent. I made Sunwise aware of this, and they sent me, right away, a replacement. No questions asked! Really terrific customer service. I highly recommend them.

We spent over $3700 in 2018 and rang in February 2019 to have the arm of one blind repaired under warranty. Customer service by reception was dreadful and further correspondence with the company director didn't improve the situation as we were basically accused of breaking the arm of the blind by putting it up and down too often. When the blind was finally repaired under warranty it and another were found to have had only one small screw in each arm. On repair of both blinds 2 large screws were screwed into each arm. The poor installation didn't finish there as our metal beam on the patio now has unwanted holes in it after their main salesman made installation promises he couldn't fulfil. Extremely disappointed.

We are thrilled with all the blinds we have just had installed by Sunwise !What a difference it has made to our newly renovated apartment ! The whole process was very easy and made better by great staff , Glenn was so professional at fitting all of our blinds and very friendly and tidy too.Thank you !

We needed a part for our 8 year old awning in Sydney. We contacted our supplier he was loathe to supply but told us cranks would cost $400 ($200each)! Took no notice of my pointing out the cranks were rusted as not sealed properly. Tried various Sydney suppliers. They would not supply us as they did not fit awnings and/or wanted similar crazy price!! Then after a couple of years I found them online at Sunwise at a very reasonable and fair price. Within a few days the cranks came they are a better product than previous! . All up just under $65 the two (incl $12.50 courier). Standout service. Many thanks guys.

First class service again from Sunwise Blinds. I ordered The Force magnets to stop my blinds banging. Sarah worked with me when trying to resolve a delay in shipping which was totally out of her control. I highly recommend this company .

Not happy Sunwise. I have an awning which is difficult to pull down in the centre as it hits the railing on the balcony (I mentioned this to the installer at the time& he said this is how it needs to be)now the awning has a crease running through it. I suggested some different arms or perhaps there is too much fabric. I have had this awning for 2 years.So they give me a quote for $800 to replace it!!! I don’t think I should have to pay for this faulty installation.Also I had used my water blaster to remove some bird poo & have been told I should not have used it to clean it as it has left some squiggly water marks on the fabric. Seriously I thought awning fabric was supposed to withstand weather,water etc.
