Star Car Wash

Paid for detailing, told car was ready for pick up still had to wait another 15mins. Steaks/marks inside car, the manager refused to have it cleaned at first until I pulled up the package on the star car wash website. Mudguard still dirty not the greatest cleaning job.Seats were wet when I got in.Update thanks for ruining car seats

I have used Star Car Wash Morley a few times to get my car washed and I have come back because they always did a good job. However, every single time I go the workers try to pressure me to do a more expensive service. Every time I say I would like an 'in and out wash' which is $55 and I have to argue when they tell me I should do more. After arguing they reluctantly agree to do what I asked. Last Sunday I went again asking for an 'in and out wash' and when I returned to pay I was told it was $65. I asked why it was $10 more than usual and asked if their prices had increased? They said no it was because my car was more dirty and they did extra on my tires. I again had to argue that I did not ask for extra on my tires and no where on their website does it state the price will change depending on the level of dirtiness of the car. I cannot handle the pushiness of the employees anymore and am very unhappy that they did an extra service (which I did not ask for) just to charge me extra.

DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY.I took my car there for a wash and then my electric mirror stopped working properly - the mechanism is broken. $200 to fix and they will not respond to my email.The cleaning wasn't even that great. Waste of money.

Extremely poor service from this company! Have taken our car to be detailed and received the vehicle back with a completely broken drivers seat. Mechanic has now inspected this to find parts under the seat completely snapped... They made my family pay for the service before taking to the car for inspection and ignoring the drivers seat being all the way back and no longer able to move forward at all. This car is not able to even be driven safely now. Workers there have taken zero accountability for this and are not giving any assistance on how we can have this rectified, instead happy to let us leave causing great distress for my family. Very poor way of running a business leaving your customers loosing complete trust leaving the car in their hands. Avoid this place if you care about the condition of your car...!

I have never been so disappointed in a service! I paid $250 for a interior detail clean only and comparison to other car detailers these guys are absolutely taking people for a ride! They had my car in a dark area when I inspected there work but as soon as I drove outside in the light it was evident that they just sprayed the interior with oil or something and just did a quick job. They tried to charge me a $3.75 surcharge on top of the fee and I just laughed and said you have got to be joking so I said take that surcharge price off the total! You haven’t heard the last of this I promise!

Fantastic customer service, excellent communication and speedy turn around. Have taken my car twice to Star Hand Wash in Galleria and both times have been so pleased with the result. Worth every cent especially when running a business myself and not able to find the time to clean myself. Highly recommend

What a waist of money! This was a second occasion of utter disappointment!! Was disappointed on a previous occasion when I took the car to be cleaned. Thought I'd be generous and give them another go to turn my impression around. This time was worse than before, bumble gum stuck to the paintwork, didn't so much as wipe down the leather interior with a damp cloth and I found personal items outside the car, in the dirt and water.When I brought this to the attention of the attendant, his attitude was that I was asking too much and he was being hard done by, and his face told me he was no interested in anything I had to say and just wanted me to leave.I will not be going back.

A friend suggested that this car wash is amazing! I had some dried up bird poo that could've been 2 years old. I didn't think it was possible to remove since it was dried up. The guys at star hand carwash Galleria managed it get it off without any damage to the paint. Highly recommend new management .

Did an excellent job of detailing my car. It looks great! Great service, great quality work, right on time. Highly recommended!!
