Not a great experience. They dispose my old screen protector before checking whether they have stock to replace it. No apologise and no action taken to fix this. So disappointed. Left with my old phone protector taken from the bin and stick it on without care. Never return.

Served by Tim, very professional. Fixed my water damaged phone without trying to scam me for parts I didn’t need. Phone fixed and able to retain all my data. Wanted a specific case to avoid same damage in the future and he was super thorough in showing me options (i’m very fussy). Highly recommend this team for phone work on the GC

I had a iPhone XS Max screen replacement here when I traveled to Aus. They fixed my phone in 30mins, its pretty quick and excellent customer service. Very happy about the repair job, saved my day during the trip. Good job guys, recommended!
