A lot of DVDs on special. $5 each. Great. They are making room for another product. Clearing shelves for ? Big headed dolls, small bodies. Dolls are about 4 inches high. I'm too old and out of touch to know what this latest fad is.

A lovely guy named Lachie helped me find a pair of headphones a week and a bit ago. He went above and beyond to try and find the colour I wanted. What a lovely and polite guy!He said he’d only recently started, but I reckon he’s doing amazing already. Go get em man!

So amazing to go somewhere with staff who really know their stuff and are helpful!!!After almost buying a Garmin watch at Officeworks (silly, I know!), I decided to go to JB Hi-Fi instead. Night and day! The JB Hi-Fi staff were knowledgeable, keen to help, made recommendations based on what I was looking for AND they had a great price.I couldn't be happier. They also offer extended warranties. Definitely a great spot for electronics shopping.

I had troubles with a webcam I brought from JBHIFI not long ago, the quality was horrible and I needed a replacement. After having doubts if I’d be able to get an exchange or refund I went into store and asked one of the staff, they helped but not much further and said there wasn’t much I could do without the receipt. I was served by Lucy at the counter and she tracked down my receipt and helped through the whole process in a professional way. Left feeling really good. Promote her to manager!

If you wanna hear “we close at 7pm, only me at the front. I cannot help with you with any questions. You can return it.” (When he said this it was 6:12pm) And “this is the only left, there is no stocks.” (He said this just when he saw my drive. Without any inventory checking, he just knew this is out of stock. Later he take one from the drawer.)You may had a bad day. But thanks to you, you just made my day a bad day.

Great staff, everything in one store, (don't take kids) enjoy the whole experience and bargains. Staff always friendly but remember, they deal with idiots all day, so be kind and polite.
