Much more friendly that that horrid penrith Westfields store. Alex is a great guy with exceptional passion and commitment for the company.

Love the service at this Optus outlet. Normally in this digital age I’d prefer to interact online, but this store always exceeds the online chat service or digital process with quick targeted recommendations suitable to my circumstances.Every time I walk in there they find a way to easily make my billed services cheaper with more inclusions - they’ve got quick knowledge of all available plans and they have it finalised it just a few minutes. The person making my 3 milkshakes round the corner took longer than the Optus store to modify 3 of my plans.

Didn't appreciate waiting 34 minutes to be served. Only two people working. Once served, staff were polite and courteous.

Dani was super friendly, helpful and supportive when we visited on a Saturday morning wanting to change our NBN to Optus. It's a small, busy store with only two staff, so it would be wise to visit during lower volume periods.We went home with Modem in hand, including back up 4G sim which worked straight away and gave us more consistent service than we had been getting from our previous provider. The NBN connection kicked in within 48 hours as promised, and has been great so far.

So helpful and friendly! Would recommend visiting them over the plaza store.

Friendly staff happy to help with my phone .To quick to take my money but

Even though there's never to many people in this,store and I've only ever noticed 2 staff on at a time the waiting to be served was short.But! I had,a problem with my phone calling another phone when I wasn't even touching my phone as well as getting text messages from my phone sent to a family members phone but didn't make them as well as a call being made to my phone from my sister's phone yet some random person picking up the call that wasn't me.Weird but staff didn't know what to do and didn't seem to care neither.Also went in to ask about my phone not ringing long enough to be able to pick a call up but they forgot to address the issue.I called Optus reg the call ring length to see if they could fix it for me,was told to take it into the store which I did but only to be told that I had put some numbers into my phone and then do it myself.Why they couldn't do the same for me while I was there I don't know.I've only needed to go into this Optus store around 5 times yet every time bar one,I felt like I was,a trouble to then before even opening my mouth.Not a very helpful team

Went into optus today with my grandfather to help him with a purchase. We were met with amazing service and Alex, who helped us was absolutely awesome and helped him with exactly what he needed. Very polite and great listener. Best experience I have had at an optus branch! Keep up the good work guys :)
