They really don't know the meaning of customer service in here. Blank stares, No hello, No manners so why bother? Zero stars

Had a lay by I tried to pay for from city store but couldn't be done, tried paying for lay by over the phone could not be done and as I don't go out to Gateway often my lay by was 3 days overdue and was told in a not very friendly way I would be charged for late payment. I understand this may need to be done but as I was calling to pay full amount over the phone and collect at a later date it was disappointing for this to be mentioned especially when the lay by was only 3 day's overdue and I spent over $300 in the store. On top of that my lay by couldn't even be found at point of Pick up. I understand policies as have worked in retail for many years but there are way's and voice tones in which they can be said to customer so they are not made to feel like they will never shop from this store ever again.

Very very bad experince, orderd two times same suitcase and its comes broken..

Attended today and staff restocking displays ... zero effort to acknowledge my presence but immediately assisted another customer when they entered the store
