Total Roof & Gutter

Total roof and gutter were scary every time they came to my home.... and I am only now confident enough to post a review because they were so scary toward a single mum. Total Roof and Gutter were sent to fix guttering on my rental in 2015 and another time at least a year after that.. I can look into records for exact dates to be sure.When total Roof and Gutter arrived initially, they parked behind me in the driveway, I had 2 young daughters at the time. As soon as he began work this man was so aggressive, after 30 mins he was SCREAMING profanities so bad I was scared for my daughters and asked he move his car so we could leave the property until he was done. He moved his car while GLARING and aggressively cursing in the cabin at us while he did so. And Yes, Mr Total Roof, it has taken me THIS LONG to post this review because you were SO AGGRESSIVE and I was afraid of you.Later, I found tools thrown (specifically wrenches) up to 50m across my yard. As well as lemons from the tree near the rear of my house.. I returned the tools asking if this belonged to them and the apprentice on site acted embarrassed and took them. I was worried had my pets been out in the garden while I was away they may have been hurt as normally they would have been out.Afterward, Total Roof and Gutter were assigned to replace some eaves on the same property a few months after the initial incident.I was very unwell and confined inside that day. I experienced the same EXTREME.. shall I emphasise EXTREME... level of verbal abuse aimed at no one in particular while they attended. I hid inside. The home is directly opposite a kindergarten who would have heard your screaming the C word the F word and the threats you came up with... the home is owned by a primary school principal... so.. I stayed inside too scared to let Total Roof and Gutter know I was inside the whole time...In summary... When you turn up to a job and it is more than what you were told is involved it's okay to be mad, but it is NOT okay to behave the way you did... TWICE... I don't even know what to say about when kids live there.

Prompt response and repairs to leaking roof. Would recommend.
