H&T Nails

Failed to clarify whether we wanted shellac not regular polish , when coming payment time . Charged for shellac pedicure when a regular pedicure was booked. To rushed and focused on jumping from customer to customer rather than taking time for a good service .

I have been visiting H&T Nails for several years now. The girls are very friendly and polite and I am always very happy with the quality of workmanship. Keep it up girls....you're doing a great job :)

I have been going here for many years and have always found them good, apart from when you do have a booking and they have already taken other people through so you have to wait until they finish or come back!I had a gift voucher and kept forgetting to use it, I went in and finally handed it over and was told it had expired 4 days earlier, so apparently there is nothing they can do so I have lost $45!It did NOT matter to them that I had been a valuable regular client for many years at all!!Very annoyed especially after the money I have spent there over the years!

I had the best experience at H & T Nails Taigum Teo and Talli were great and Teo gave me the best foot massage and Talli done a wonderful job on my nails for the most relaxing day and good price

After asking ‘do you have time for a mani and pedi now?’ and being told ‘yes’, I was taken to a chair where I sat for 25 mins with no updates. My pedi eventually started and was nice. The lady asked how I want my nails done. I said (politely) that because of the long wait I now don’t have time for my fingernails. She seemed annoyed and rushed off the rest of my toenails. Two of them look like they were shaped by a six-year-old. Completely uneven and sharp.

Incredibly poor experience. The staff were rude and the quality of work was poor.I sat down and was handed the colour samples to browse. Less than a minute later, they were snatched out of my hands and given to the lady they seated next to me. I was then asked what colour I would like, and I told them that I hadn't had a chance to look yet. I was then completely ignored for 10mins.The lady who did my nails took well over an hour to do them as she would repeatedly get the shape and length wrong, and forget to work on some of the fingernails entirely. She then put the complete wrong colour (I asked for number 42, and the bottle clearly had 33 written on it) on my nails and didn't give me a chance to correct her.Please go to the other store in the centre as it will save you time, money and alot of disappointment.

After bad experiences in the past at a different nail salon that has stopped me from getting my nails done for 5 years I went to this place today and they are all amazing friendly staff. They didn’t make sly nasty comments about my feet and they were awesome to chat with, will be going here more often! Amazing thanks ladies

Nail technician was a bit rough with my toenails but they are good overall & always get you in quickly
