Snap Print Solutions Caulfield
We have used them a number of times for brochures and such. They always deliver good quality work and they deliver it in a timely manner. Once or twice there had been a few admin issues, but due to their professionalism these issues were easily and amicably resolved. Basically, they are the type of people you want to work with.

Very handy and ready to help with the facilities and services they offer. Jobs done efficiently. The price was a margin above The Biggie but worth it to spread expertise around the economy and to avoid the monopoly pile-on. Always dangerous and self-defeating. Materials were excellent and time taken was surprisingly small. Well recommended.

I highly recommend Snap Caulfield South. I put in an order to have business cards printed at 8.30am and had them in my hands by 4pm. The team at Snap also alerted me to a potential problem after commencing printing and invited me down to the store to check it out before continuing with the job. Much appreciated! Thanks guys, I will be using you for other printing work in the future.

Rip off artists.Did my own design online for business cards (250) through their website, this was a present for someone else. Slightly changed it the next day, in store before printing.Price went from $70 to $160 due to some personalised graphics" all they did was add a transparent logo into the backgroud which I could have done online myself for free. Half cooked the job

This joint certainly struggles with the concept of customer service. I rang ahead and explained what I needed. The guy on the phone said no worries, they can do the job, come on down.When I got there, the guy at the counter told me they couldn't do the job; that I should go elsewhere. Strange, because the job details had not changed. It was still exactly as I had described earlier on the phone.No worries, buddy, I'll go elsewhere!

Absolutely appalling customer service! We were advised to return to the store whilst their terrible Internet connectivity attempted to load the work.So we left but asked for a quote first. The quote was $14.Once the job was finally completed, the serviceman behind the desk informed us that there was a minimum charge of $30 for ALL JOBS.Had we have known this originally, we would have gone to Officeworks to get the same result!! - FASTER & CHEAPER!!If it’s $30 then quote $30, not $14!! Waste of time and money!!!! Plus rude rude rude!!!
