It's not one of the biggest JB Hi Fi stores but what it lacks in size it makes up for in great customer service. I've been buying from this store for many years and will continue to go back time and time again. I've bought thousands of dollars worth of products here and no matter what department I buy from, there's always a friendly, helpful staff member to look after me. The staff all seem really nice and more than happy to help and they're not pushy at all. I also like the fact that the staff all seem really happy which to me is a sign of good management if the staff enjoy their jobs and their workmates. Well done JB Hi Fi Chirnside Park :)

My fitbit stopped charging. So I hunted for my receipt, but as I had moved I figured it was long gone. I contacted JB HIFI explained the situation. They were extremely patient trying to find the sale from a few years back, as i paid with a credit card they could look it up thru the card number. Success, they found it. I then went down and was able to get a new one covered under warranty with no issues at all. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, like always.

Just went to JB Hi-Fi Chrinside and had amazing customer service from Jackson! He was incredibly knowledgeable with all sorts of areas and very friendly. He explained to my sister a warranty process on a product that’s i brought earlier in the day and wasn’t explained, but he went the extra mile to set up the warranty for me, even though I had already purchased my headphones. He for sure provided a great and simple experience for us customers!

Went to pre order new Samsung galaxy 23 ultra 1TB. the first sales representative said you can do it over the sales counter, we were fine with that. and went to the counter and the lady wasn't happy that she had a another customer which were us. so paid the money and I asked about the $250 store voucher comes with the phone. then she gave me a look like I was asking something for free, and opened up a file and said yes you can have it when you picking up the phone
