My sister and I waited 30 minutes to be seen and the staff were busy so they were rushing with every customer. During the session my nail tech was rude and complained as she got increasingly frustrated with the amount of time it took her to do my nails. Our nails came out decent despite the lack of customer service. They also offer a discount if you pay by cash instead of card.

i like this place usually but today ( slightly busy, staff busy with pedicures and three on hands) i got seated and given colours… 40 minutes later nobody has spoken or attended to me but it’s ok they’re occupied. But then new customers whom just arrived are seated and got served before me… still waiting, happens again - i leave. Nail studio located further down has begun my set now instead:)) at least inform customers rather ignore them next time

asking for refill they r removing and redoWant talk to manager they said they don’t have email phone number and don’t know when manager come to store. Bad service ever. Last time They didn’t shape my nail probably and wrong design bad drawing as well.

Absolutely disgusted by my nails. Showed him a design and he said he could do it but the line on my nails ain't even straight. I literally paid $75 for trash nails. I had bad experience before from there aswell, but I was like maybe this time they would do a good job"

I have been going to nail idol for a few years now… Every time that I have been and gotten new nails, my experiences have been nothing but amazing❤️❤️ All of the workers here are so talented, gentle, friendly and thorough when doing my nails ~ and always checking that I am happy with the process whilst doing my nails. The variety in different design types they’re capable of doing is HUGE,, and never once have I shown a photo of complexed nail designs, have they said that they weren’t able to do it. My nails always come out looking beautiful ~ I 100% recommend to go here❤️

I had a pedicure just changed the nail color and they charged me full price $55. Its crazy because I didn’t get the scrub or massage literally just a change of nail color but she charged me because she “cut the cuticle”. Which should already come with the price of the nail change. Very horrible will not ever come back there again. They don’t even have a list of prices just charging people full price for everything.

They did a great job. Exactly how I wanted from the choose chart the colour turned out the the same as how it was on the chart and good price as well, if they keep their price abit down that means they r getting more customers. Well done highly recommending.

Got the joy of paying $80 for a full set of acrylics. Never asked once what shape or length i wanted. Staff member spent the entire time talking and laughing with 1 or 2 of her co workers in Vietnamese. Never made eye contact with me. Got annoyed when I said I wanted rounded not square oval and accused of changing my mind. Staff member literally told me she doesn't care about customers when I asked if she enjoyed her job. Complained to manager when I returned 20 minutes later only to be thanked for letting her know. 100% do not recommend. So many options out there. Avoid this place!!
