Clean, and appears to be well managed, Animals we saw were clean. Dog we adopted, is young but has been trained, is clean and has adapted to our house very quickly, has managed to master our doggie door after two days, great. I can thoroughly recommend them.

Trying to adopt a dog is near impossible today. The unrealistic expectation these people want you to have is unbelievable, I have plenty of pets in my time and for the 3 dogs I enquired about all of them need a farm to run on apparently and none of the dogs at the shelter can be around another dog. I offer a active lifestyle for my furry friends and lots of out door adventures to go camping and hiking but apparently I would never be able to get any of the dogs I enquired about to get along with my other pup and because I live in a house with a decent sized yard and not a farm I'm not the right person to adopt. Are these people trying to find them a forever home or just trying to find what they think is best.

Very poor communication.After speaking with staff twice, in depth, about an animal they agreed we'd be a good fit. Tried contacting them over several days through all avenues available and had no response. Made the trip out to the facility during open hours" only to find they were not open and no one was able to help.Was then told the animal was not a good fit and we could not adopt them after answering the SAME QUESTION multiple times with staff and being told it would be a good fit. Communication on the website and between staff is deficient.Do not recommend this facility for adoption.Since I cannot respond to another response

I started looking for a new pet when I came across the Animal Adoption Agency. From my first communication with the staff, I was treated with such professionalism and respect throughout my experience. All the staff I dealt with were so knowledgable with what pet would be best suitable for me. I will definitely be recommending this company to family and friends in the future and can't wait to deal with them again. Thank you for helping me find my forever friend!

The staff are very attentive and you can tell they have such a passion for their jobs and what they do! The way they screened me before letting me look at the dogs was great. They are very focused on wanting what is best for their dogs and wanting to make sure they go to a good forever home. Would recommend

900 dollars per dog to to cover vaccine fees when i want to give u three pups woww u wonder y there are strays everywhere

We adopted our boy here nearly two years ago, and we couldn't be happier with the service provided by the team. We come by a couple of times a year for a groom and to buy pet food, and are always happy.
