Well stocked, friendly and helpful staff, not too busy for the beginning of holiday season.Update- plenty of staff and open checkouts, very minimal wait during peak holiday season. Staff are still very friendly and helpful- they even give you a smile and make timenfor a chat as they scan your groceries. Very neat and clean store with well-stocked shelves.

What a perfect experience! I shopped on 23 December in the afternoon and, despite being two days before Christmas, the supermarket was well stocked and had everything I needed. I went straight to a checkout with only one person with a small shop ahead of me. All the checkouts were open and the staff were efficient and friendly. Well done!

What on earth is wrong with your EFTPOS machines? When putting my pin in it keeps adding extra numbers so makes my card decline for incorrect pin. Couldn't pay at the checkout I used so then tried to pay at the service desk and it did on that EFTPOS machine as well. It was honestly embarrassing. Even one of your staff said all the EFTPOS machines need replacing because of problems with them and they said they have been waiting a couple of months for it to happen.

Wonderful experience all together. This includes the nice big parking and helpful staff, the fresh produce I use to cook my meals. I love coming here around the holidays (Christmas) due to the staff being all fitted with festive wear. It is nicely accessible because it is so close to the highway.All to say this Woolworths is far superior to the nambucca counterpart

I was at the river today with my dog and I watched 7kids push 5 woolworths trolleys into the water in the space of 3hrs I called woolworths and told them, and no one came 3hrs later I left. The top trolleys handles just appearing in the water. I Feel sorry for all the damaged boats that come across one

It is just a shame that some of the staff are really rude shout and speak down to customers. those staff do not overplay the lovely others. Talk to others the way you like to be spoken to.oh make sure you sort the dates out please

My shopping was ment to be direct to boot. I had to go in and get it. One of the staff members said to go in as they are short staffed. No good offering the service if you can't have someone do it. The young man went to check my order then came back and said I have to go back and get it as he didn't take a trolley. It was pouring rain and I didn't want to get my children out of the car.

Stopped here to grab some supplies before heading out to my campsite for the night. This store was a decent size and looked to have well stocked shelves. It had everything I was looking for. Also they had outdoor parking which would suit people with 4 wheel drives and vans.

Has everything you need. Easy access nice size isles. Some checkout people can be sloppy and charge you twice for one item. But most are quick and efficient. Woolworths staff hare very friendly and if you have a worry with your items they fix the problem with efficiency and kindness.
