It was a tricky antenna situation in a unit complex and the technician came up with a very effective solution and negotiated with unit managers respectfully. Dealt with Jong (John) Park from Jim’s Antennas Runcorn and was extremely pleased with the professionalism and promptness. I had an electrician look install a new antenna and re-cable EVERYTHING in the house a while back. Recently couldn’t get some channels, while others had less than 100% signal strength and quality. After their work, it was all hunky dory - now get all channels and 100% signal strength and quality which I thought was rarely achievable. Wish I used these guys earlier!

John installed a digital antenna for us almost 2 years ago, and we had him back today as we weren’t getting a signal to the TV. Visited same day as I called, checked the signal (still very strong) and found a slightly loose internal connection. Fixed that with no charge - really impressed
