The services I received from the doctors and nurses deserve 5 stars. It was excellent.However, I waited for more than 2 hours until it was my turn, which was too long.I appreciate that the doctors may not know beforehand how long each patient will take, but this estimate needs to be reviewed so we don’t need to wait that long.

Professional surgery from caring, supportive doctors and staff. Everything was clearly explained before, during and with follow up after I went home. Would highly recommend for Moh's surgery.

The staff were very professional and friendly. Both the removal and plastic surgery later in the day were performed efficiently whilst I was informed throughout of what was happening. I would recommend the Skin Hospital to anyone.

All Staff were exceptional. Very caring, organised and made my stay throughout the day of treatment comforting. Dr Simon Lee is everything you look for in a Doctor, caring, thorough and made me feel confident that I had one of the best Doctors.

Friendly, efficient, clean.Good flow of communications before and after appointment.Easy premises to get to

HORRIBLE first (and last) experience at Darlinghurst Clinic. I booked a last minute apt online day before @ 4:55pm for a 1:30pm apt the next day, surprised to get a time slot so quickly so there must have been a last minute cancellation. I needed a referral from GP to proceed in order to get Medicare rebate, so called my GP following morning to find that she was away, so immediately called clinic the next morning to cancel (as I was unable to cancel online). Reception staff advised I would have to pay $100 fee for cancelling as I had cancelled less than 24hrs before apt!! Booked night before! Horrible service, no compassion, not willing to offer any other alternatives, not even to reschedule. They said it inconvenienced the Dr despite Dr having plenty of empty appointments night before. Absolutely disgusting treatment and no human compassion.

Great care given. All the staff were very friendly and kept me informed of what was happening during the course of the day. If you need to have any skin related procedures done, I’d definitely recommend the Skin Hospital.

Everyone was calm, proficient and extremely nice. The whole experience was as excellent as a day surgery can be! Thank you for looking after me. Carole
