I took my new banjo in to be set up and payed for a new 5 string bridge and set up.Not only did they not supply a new bridge ( just put on the cheap one that came with the banjo ) they also didn't place the bridge in the correct position.If you are looking for a professional,honest service give this place a wide berth.

Was recommended to me by a friend and just like promised by my friend, the staff were amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable for a beginner like myself who has not much know how on guitars. I live about 100km away from the store itself and I must say it was worth the drive! would definitely recommend, and from what i could see, they had a great range of products.

Absolutely awesome experience with the Legends from Joondalup music. I bought a great little semi acoustic from them and had a few issues with it.The guys were really friendly and really helpful and went out of there way to get it sorted for me. I also got a great deal on the guitar better than online and I will absolutely be back to support this great local shop. Thanks again!!

Absolute legends. They're an great business with good prices, and who will be honest with you. I went in to get some clarinet bits and enquired about some maintainence, and without dancing around the answer they told me that the cost would be high enough for unnecessary work (it would have been purely aesthetic maintainence to the tune of 250-300 dollars) that I may as well save for a new one of similar quality if that was all I wanted, instead of just accepting the job and the cash. Very knowledgable and easy to talk to, I cannot thank speak highly enough of the service I recieved
