I have been using this chemist for over 10 years and wouldn’t ever change. Staff are always friendly and greet me by name. Pharmacists, especially Sunny, are all knowledgeable and extremely helpful even when they are really busy. The owner pharmacist Eric goes out of his way to help. Prices are excellent and they price match. The store layout is easy to navigate. Fantastic local chemist.

Always made to feel like a second class citizen just because I ask if my health care card discount is on one lady even rolled her eyes and when i rang to complain turns out she was the manager. They don't know me or my circumstances. It makes me nervous everything I have to ask. There is a lady there that looks down on me even once suggested i couldnt afford something off the pbs. Definitely thinking of changing pharmacies, shame because the pharmacists are lovely.

I don't like the sign out the front that says 'Do not walk in if you have fever' etc...even if you did have a fever doesn't mean it's necessarily covid.

I was going there to get cephalxin antibiotics for my kid & said they did have a concentrate part they only can do 20 ml dose Twice a day & i said yes & again pharmacist said hard to organize bottle for such quantity & made me to day & night Aspley. They have done 20 ml dose in two bottle. Don’t always look for easy , business through helpful nature.

You can get all the basic medicines and toiletaries you need. The pharmacists are very friendly. It's definitely an emergency shop when you beed things quickly.

Amanda who is an assistant, and never wears her name badge, even though the rest of the team does, is always sooo rude(clearly she thinks she’s above reproach). She is short, slim build and has brown shoulder length hair. Christine, assistant manager is lovely though so at least she makes up for it.I, along with my team of support workers, have all had bad experiences with Amanda, time and time again. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere as I am tired of her nasty attitude.

If your around the bracko area, There's no need to travel to find a chemist. This place is the best for all pharmacy needs and the staff are even better. They genuinely care about good customer service which is very rare to find nowadays. Would recommend! 10/10
