Very easy to deal with, I'm from country Victoria and Raoul came in on a Saturday so I could drop my frame off. Very quick diagnosis and to be honest the only reason I know my frame has been repaired is that I know where it was cracked.

Very happy. Seamless repair of a carbon steerer, reinforced with a custom alloy expander. Quick turn around, and good communication throughout the process. Saved a high end road bike where parts are no longer available.

This man saved my sanity and my marriage!When our beloved Avanti tandem cracked a chain stay (aluminium) and there were no replacement frames to be had, Raul made an incredibly fast, strong and downright funky carbon sleeve repair for us.I'm so pleased with the whole experience that I'm glad Avanti couldn't replace the frame!

I sent off my seat post that I suspect had a hairline crack and luckily I got it checked out by these guys. There were polite and prompt with my request. Got a written report rating a few days later about the damage of the seat post, which confirmed my worries.
