Wouldn't recommend this company at all. i went in to get my aircon regas they said $139 over the phone i arrived and it was $150 which was fine i left my phone on silent while working and phoned them back up couple hours later and they told me look you have a leak it took us 2 hours to find it and we will need to be paid for our time for which i didn't give permission to do. i just wanted a regas they then said it will cost you $750 to get it fixed. I said i wasn't interested in fixing it and he said well it took us 2 hours to find it so we will have to be looked after. i said i just wanted a regas i never said find the leak so i said id give them a shout back. I then agreed for them to fix it for $750 and phoned them back up the next day and he said the lads were just doing the final touches so i made my way over for them to say oh you need a new compressor now also which is gonna be another $900 to get done which i was like are you serious ? You want another $900 dollars to fix the compressor now so the aircon still doesn't work after spending the money to get it fixed absolute cowboys stay away from them dont buy into there cheap aircon price learn from my mistake and stay clear!

Not recommended at all….seems like scammers.I just saw add on FB for aircon gas refill which cost around 139 dollar and when i reach they said price was 150 from new year…. Which is totally acceptable and after that 10 min of examination they said there was a leakage…so they can’t refill and they charged me 110 dollars just for 10 min inspection…Rude behaviour….bad customer service…seems like they are just there to scam people…

Wow, wow, wow! Absolutely phenomenal service! I called Friday to see if they could fix an issue with my lights as they’ve never worked when towing anything but work when not towing… I needed this service done asap & that’s exactly what happened! I was able to take it in Monday morning, explain the situation in a bit more detail & leave it there to be fixed. I had just gotten back home when I got a call saying it was DONE!! I’ve had several mechanics try to rectify this issue in the past that were unable to & these guys fixed it in less than an hour!!!!! I didn’t believe them so asked them to test it with me there when I returned to pick up my car… sure enough, it was all fixed!!! I cannot recommend these guys more highly! They’re efficient, prompt, knowledgeable, reliable & down right incredible! I live in the Pilbara but I can tell you now, any further work I require on my car, I’ll be bringing it back down here & using these guys without a doubt! I am completely blown away by their pricing too… it’s wasn’t at all an obscene amount of money & in fact was very little!! I would have happily paid more if need be!! I truly am gobsmacked at the insanely phenomenal service these guys produced!! Thank you a million times over, I am eternally grateful for you fixing my Shitsubishi!

Took my car get the alternator changed, for which they had to remove some coolant pipes in order to able to reach the alternator. The next day, car started overheating due to coolant leak. I took it to a different nearby workshop and they found multiple fractures in different hoses in the cooling system.

I had a terrible experience from the start, Mustafa (the manager) had agreed to book me in the following week stating that he would order the required part prior and that the job would be completed by noon. (I checked as I needed to schedule the rest of my work day.)I arrived on the day and was informed that he had 'forgotten about it' and hadn't ordered the part. There was no apology on his behalf despite the inconvenience caused. I was told to pick up my car at the end of the day.When the job was finally done Mustafa charged $80 more than what he quoted initially. He did not get my consent for the additional work beforehand which is absolutely unethical and was rude and sarcastic when I asked about the extra charge.He could not give me an answer when I asked what had caused the initial compressor failure or any pointers on how to ensure the longevity of it which is fine if you don't have the answers however, the attitude he and his staff had was disrespectful, sarcastic and condescending.Made the mistake of not reading the reviews before coming here. This whole experience was a lot more stressful and difficult than it had to be.Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

I never ever, recommend this business to anyone, one of the worst experience I had with them. I went there when my car rear glass electric window is not sliding up and down. He checked it for, close to 25 mins and charged me for one hour labour cost $121 (Including GST) and said it requires replacement of window motor which it would cost me $550 and $242 two hours labour cost. Then after couple of days I went to another electric mechanic which is at Maddington he checked it for 20 minutes and said he just played with motor and it is working fine now and he charged me only $70 for which he has taken time to fix my car. But this TMG Auto Electrics guy doesn't want to get his hand dirty and simply said you got faulty motor, they don't want to fix the issues, they only want to do replacements which it cost us a lot.Please beware of this guy.

I had a window switch issue in my SUV and took the vehicle here to get it fixed. I got charged $385 for the check up and they did nothing. Told me that the switch is different and they contacted the dealership to get the right switch and once it arrives they will let me know so I can come and get it fixed. Never heard back. Went to a different place and it was just a wiring issue got it fixed half of the price I spent here. Either they don’t know what there are doing or ripping customers off. Disappointed.

I have been using TMG Auto Electric’s for almost 5 years. Mustafa and his team have always provided excellent service. I have used these guys to fit two way radios, spot lights, Anderson plugs and reversing cameras, to several cars of mine. No request seemed to be an issue. One phone call is all it takes to organise parts and installations completed ASAP. They even performed mobile on-site services for me. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.Keep up the great work lads.
