Customer service is pretty good. Spoke to a fellow called Ming who gave me some amazing service and great chats. Will definitely be shopping here again.Could improve for sure when it comes to product knowledge from time to times however the people from my experience have always been really positive, kind and keen to help.

Poor customer service!Walked in with the intention of purchasing a set of Sony XM4 or 5s, and also enquiring about price matching (XM4's were available somewhere else for $399 ex delivery). While testing both models, a staff member was helping another customer out with a set of Bose (and would have noticed me standing there trying on headphones), and had finished by the time I had decided on what to purchase. I stood around for close to 10 minutes without 1 staff member asking if I was interested in purchasing anything, or needed help with anything, while a group of 5 staff members (including the guy that helped the custome rout with Bose headphones) stood around talking and laughing with each other.Even if they hadn't price matched, and took $10-15 off their advertised price, I would have purchased them and walked out of the store with them. Their loss, headphones have now been purchased from somewhere else.

A superb place to shop. I recently bought a Hisense 58A6KAU smart television from here. Being a bit of an oldie, I wasn't too keen on the idea of hooking my tv up to the internet as I don't care for streaming content... I actually have a life. They successfully explained to me that there was no need to connect the device to the internet and upon unboxing (after delivery), found tuning the free to air channels a breeze, just scroll to the bottom of the wi-fi connection menu to skip and if you have a standard aerial and power, the device can take care of the rest. The price and size perfectly meets my needs. Will definitely be buying more from these people who completely understand the capabilities of the products they sell, unlike many sister stores who proved to be unhelpful

Always happy with service at JB HiFi at Top Ryde, the staff are helpful. Recently, I went to buy smart watch which they have a good price. If you find somewhere else that has a cheaper price, JB HiFi will match the price for you.

One Sales person in the laptop section is not so good. He doesn't care. All he care is making a selling. I ended up returning the laptop because not recommended by the school. I told him the requirements is 8GB. He said the laptop is more than enough because it has 126GB. I am not dumb I know the difference between RAM and Physical storage. I'm sure he knows too. But as I said again, he doesn't care. As long as he make the sales all he is thinking about.

I have purchased the sasmung A 34 and they've provided me the cygnet cover which was not at all fitting. The phone was slippery and once I opened the phone it slipped away from my hand and the screen got broken. I went and talk to them about the situation within 6 days. The phone was purchased in just 6 days before. I purchased the panzer glass from there (jbhifi) as well in the top ryde store,which also didn't helped much. They have mercilessly told that they won't replace the phone. I appreciate some help that must be done for the customers who have reasonable requests.

I got order with home delivery and removal of washing machine which wasn't done at first, however everything was fixed in a week by store team, and got also massive cash back because of it....so even if the things won't go the right way at first you can be sure they will make up gor it! Very happy!
