Not good. Brought a car off one of the guys only to find that they sprayed expanding foam on the gaskets nasty work. I wouldn't trust these blokes to change a tire let alone a engine

I have bought petrol here several times before, being cheaper than most other petrol brands.This time I had to have a pink slip generated for my vehicle getting it ready for registration.As I had bought my vehicle from A5 Auto a few months earlier. The guys were helpful and sorted all my vehicle issues sorted out which weren't many.I would go back and use there service again if I needed too. Have been sitting at the petrol station from 12:55-2:20 (and counting) and they have not been open during this time despite the website saying they are open. Called their phone numbers and no one has picked up. Am waiting for another mobile mechanic to come look at my car while I'm parked outside this M5 mechanic, disappointing

The head owner is very polite, however the end result was a disaster. I walked in with a car that was working fine and walked out with an unsafe not roadworthy vehicle. I had to follow up where my car was at, where the repairs were at etc. Phone lines were down a couple of times. I have lost time, money, not to many the stress and I still don't have a car despite paying for repairs and the car is still not working. I have paid for registration and insurance and not been able to use my vehicle. This is now entering the 3rd month and I still don't have a roadworthy car despite being issued with a blue slip. I would be very careful about leaving my vehicle here. Not in good hands.

Mick and the team at m5 sorted out my engine issues quickly and with a smile on their faces. Absolutely 5 star service and will be getting all my services and maintenance done here from now on. Thank you so much team! Getting me back on the road so promptly saved me so much stress!

Such a rip off . They will give you whatever price they want. Before going there get a quote from bigger company they will charge You at least 200 dollars less . 1 Spark plugs 400 dollar work wow seriously
