Brendan is reliable and very experienced in all pool issues. I had a filter motor malfunction and the issue was quickly resolved via warranty. Very happy with my pool doctor dealings.

Pool Doctor especially Lyle Wilson has been servicing my employers pool for 2 years and at all times I have found him to be very professional , friendly and knowledgeable in all aspects of pool care and maintenance. I have used 4 pool cleaning companies before coming across the Pool Dr and I am so glad I did. Firstly they are professional and knowledgable. They arrive when they say they will. They clean the pool .... it looks blue. My kids love them.... and so do I. Thanks for so many great years. If you are not happy with your pool cleaning company give them a call and you will not be disappointed.

I am sure like most pool owners we have all had our fair share of dodgy pool serviceman. Well I am so pleased we have changed to the Pool Doctor, wonderful, friendly, fast and efficient service at reasonable rates. Any issues they are on it !

Needed to arrange a regular pool cleaner so I called Pool Doctor. He was happy to take the job but said he would need to do a big clean first to bring it up to standard. Extra cost, no problem.Fast forward a few weeks, our new baby is born, I am heading overseas and I am chasing him up to start doing the regular service, he then tells me on the eve of my departure that he won't do regular service to our pool because we are outside his service area and we should look for another company.Lyle was happy to take money for the big job, then drop us and run. Poor form.

Thank you for the excellent service that you provided to 24 Cammeray Rd, Cammeray, for the past 3 years that I was the Building Representative of the Executive Committee. Of course, you have been servicing our building's pool for many years and continue to do so.Your team is always courteous and hard working, taking special care to park out of everyone's way (in tricky circumstances as we have no trade or visitor parking on site) and moving the ute promptly and cheerfully for access when asked, on the rare occasion.You were always aware of providing the right amount of regular visits for a pool in an apartment complex that is not used for 7 months of the year and then may have anything from one to twenty people using it on hot days - a tricky balance to get right. You always responded quickly when an out of regular maintenance schedule" problem arose - even dropping in late in the day on your way home on occasion to ensure that the pool was always working well.You made fantastic suggestions about new systems and equipment when it came to renovating the pool a couple of years ago. You did a great job on replacing the existing 50 year old plumbing to create a salt water system that delivers long term cost savings as well as providing a healthier environment to swim in. I've been using Pool Doctor for over 10 years now. Back then the owner himself used to clean the pool and always made it look sensational.Since then we've always had friendly and knowledgeable team members service our pool who are happy to provide guidance and advice or just do their thing and have the pool looking great and a joy to swim in.Whenever weather, leaves or equipment causes a problem with the pool outside of scheduled visits the guys are always available to help - either to provide advice or fit in an unscheduled visit if required.For serious problems there is no-one better to deal with than the Technical Expert, Brendan. There's nothing he doesn't know about pools and having them at their best. It's why I refer to him as The Pool Whisperer".The Pool Doctor provides a comprehensive service that is value for money. They've always encouraged me to get a monthly service rather than fortnightly to reduce my costs whilst being open and happy to move to fortnightly if I'd prefer. The guys are customer focused and seem most concerned about me having a beautiful and clean pool to enjoy above anything else.Great guys and great to deal with. Just the sort of people you want in your life."

Very unreliable and unethical.We requested their services and said from the very beginning that we would be wanting an ongoing service schedule in addition to the other works. At this time they took the other jobs we needed (cash grab no doubt) and didn't tell us until long after that they had no interest in ongoing service due to the distance!!!, by which time it was too late for us to find another contractor before our baby was born, we went overseas.If our area was an issue you should have informed us when you got our address not when you got our money.

Ross from the Pool Doctor was so professional, helpful and efficient resolving my pool cleaner issues for me even though it was such a busy time of year. Would highly recommend.
