This is by far one of the best gyms I have ever been too. Charlie is very welcoming and genuine. The customer service here is excellent and the gym equipment is excellent and there's two or more of every piece of equipment. This is a great gym.

The best gym in the zap fitness arsenal for sure. It’s bright, open plan and large array of equipment make training here really enjoyable. It has great filtration and air quality too due to the big air conditioning units, fans and high ceilings. 10/10 would recommend!

Having tried a few locally, I would say this is the best gym in the area. Nice and open warehouse fitout with a nice mix of polished concrete floors, solid rubber matted, and fake grass areas. always clean and well maintained, and full of good equipment. The facility is large enough that there are plenty of different options for your workout even during the busy times. Very good value for money memberships.

Always friendly staff when I enter the gym and if I need any assistance. Gym is clean, tidy and has some great equipment. Does get a little hot during summer months! Plenty of space for my local 24/7 gym so I enjoy working out there!

After I told an Indian staff that I was on my first visit and asked him if it was a good time to look around on 31st May at around 3pm. This staff consistently claimed that he could not hear me with a weird attitude. I repeated everything I said more than thrice, he ultimately disclosed that I can't hear you because of your accent."I have never been confronted with such an insensitively prejudiced remark about my accent. Great gym with lots of equipment, and not too busy! Charlie at front reception is super welcoming and lovely! He has handeled issues in the past with care and attention. Always brings a positive vibe to the club and a community feel!
