A bit pricey, but our dogs received personal treatment and were looked after very well. The grooming was perfect. The place was very clean and tidy and you can see into where they are groomed. Hazel (groomer) was very friendly and spent time with us understanding our dogs needs. We will definitely be back.

We groom our puppy with Hazel and occasionally leave her there for daycare. The environment was nice and clean. Staff are very professional with genuine kindness to pets. All our family including the puppy love this place.

Excellent service. We have a mature and anxious dog and this is the first groomer where he is happy. The quality and care taken to groom him is fantastic.

Took my 19 week old mini groodle for his fist wash and tidy. He came out looking gorgeous. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient.

I’ve recently switched my dog to this HPET and was extremely pleased with the attentive service and kind attitude of the staff. One of the things that stood out to me was that the grooming room was visible to the customers. I liked that I could see what was happening and that there was no sense of secrecy or hiding as compared to the previous groomer which we usually went where I could only hear dogs crying behind closed doors, which always made me feel uneasy.

Wonderful service provided for my beloved Berner. She gets very anxious after previous grooming experiences elsewhere and the team were so calm and spent the time needed, especially at the start with helping me bring her inside. She came out looking and feeling so beautiful. Thank you!

High quality grooming, great customer service and great care with our little puppy! The owner and groomers are super nice and very patient. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

This was our second visit for my 2 mini long haired dachshunds and we couldn’t be happier. A great job, the boys look beautiful and were happy and perky when I picked them up. A great friendly service and Hazel is kind and caring and the dogs sense that … ps one of my boys is anxious and coped really well :) thank you H Pet
