Little Big Adventures: Melbourne Child & Kindergarten Photographers

My daughter had her kinder photos done and I'm so impressed with the quality of the photos.

We've had a few rounds of different daycare/kinder photos now and the ones from Little Big Adventures were absolutely beautiful! A cut above any of the others.My son is quite shy and doesn't always love having his picture taken so how Leanne got the images she got out of him is a credit to just how good she really is.

The photographs taken of my daughter was quite good. Though little bit expensive, worth it.

We got the group photo at last.I recall emailing you twice - first in December last year and later in January this year (I also emailed our day care but the photo wasn't available then). Perhaps I should have called.We understand how challenging last year must have been for your service and we appreciate your hard work. For future reference, it would help if you send an email to the parents when the photos are ready for collection. In our case, we received no communication from you (nor from our day care) prior this review - hence the misunderstanding and miscommunication.Thanks again for the cute photos!-----------original review-------------------------------------------The individual photos were OK - meeting expectations. But it's been a very disappointing experience trying to follow up with the team.We booked a group photo, alongside the individual photos at my son's kinder late last year. We were much more looking forward to the group photo than the individual photos, as it was his last year at the day care centre and we really wanted a nice group photo that captures all his beloved teachers and friends.We ended up receiving a photo pack withOUT the group shot and an apology note, saying that the group shot would be delivered 'after the Xmas break'. We never ended up receiving the group photo! Worse yet, after two or three times of emailing the team, there was zero response.At a minimum, one would think a refund is long due. But it's extra disappointing, as we wouldn't have booked for the individual photos if we knew there won't be a group shot!

Lady Forster Kindergarten has been using Little Big Adventures for our photography for the last 5 years and we would never go anywhere else!Leanne is a highly talented and experienced photographer and is truly passionate about what she does. Her warm and engaging nature puts our children immediately at ease, her photos are consistently amazing and our families are always delighted with her work.Every year we use Little Big Adventures both for our annual photos of children and also to update the gallery of photos of the kindergarten on our website. LOVE LOVE LOVE Leanne’s photos she recently took of my daughter at our Daycare. She is so amazing how she plays with the children and lets them get to know her first, which means they are happy, having fun and natural in all the photos she takes. Leanne absolutely captures the moment and essence of who the kids are and as a mum I think we all know how hard that is! Leanne you are awesome at what you do.
