A truly great experience! As soon as you walk in you're warmly greeted by the staff who are just amazing at what they do.Dr Hong was very gentle in the procedure and detailed with questions i had.Price was well under what i expected to pay!

I used to be absolutely petrified of dentists and avoided them like a plague. I visited white pearl some years ago after a family member recommended and I haven't left since. After trying so many different dentists I've finally found the best one in Sydney.

I visited Dr. Hong few years ago, extremely happy with EVERYTHING.I highly recommend White Pearl to everyone.The work performed by Dr. Hong was excellent,one of the best doctors in Sydney.Same applies to the staff, beautiful young very professional ladies.Well done !!!

Not a huge fan of dentists, however, Dr.Hong today restored my faith in them.. actually should read: in him!As a patient of his, my partner highly recommended him to me many times. Unfortunately this fell on deaf ears.This morning i needed work done urgently due to pain. His team made a spot available, I came in, within 30 mins, no more pain. Worst experience in my dentist life.I generally enjoy going to the dentist but once i switched over to a new one, it was a bad decision. The dentist i got was a male he was very bland, most of my previous dentists would usually have a good chat with me and calm me down but it was difficult having a conversation with this one.I also got 1 wisdom tooth removed, when he was inserting the anaesthetic needle in, it hit one of my nerves connecting to the eye. I was loped eye (sounds funny but i couldn't blink properly for a few hours). I've discussed this issue with several dentists and they've all told me it's a rare occurrence but it can happen.Only good side about it is that the receptionists are very friendly.

After trying different dentists around Sydney, can confidently say that White Pearl Dental Care is a class above the rest.Dr Helen Moon was very professional, engaging and made for an overall enjoyable dental experience.My family and I were extremely pleased with the level of service we received. Dr. Moon's knowledge and genuine passion for oral health is very clear in the way she deals with her patients.The entire team, from the reception staff to dental assistants, were also very professional yet personable. Everyone goes above and beyond to ensure that the highest levels of care are provided.Will definitely be returning time and time again for future dental needs. Highly recommend!

My 2 children have been attending this dentist for roughly 18months. We have enjoyed our time at this dentist. It's very clean and is a very friendly environment and always professionally managed. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else!
