Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs Hallam

I just had an insurance repair with Capital Smart Hallam. They just mentioned that it will take from 5 to 10 days to do a repair with them. I had a top urgency to get the car back within four days and I just mentioned the urgency to them. They positively responded for my request and expediate the process. Finally, I got my vehicle back today. I would like to thanks for the entire staff for they great service.

They replaced glass and resprayed affected panels.Staff were friendly and helpful. Fantastic service here. Put my car in for some minor scratch repairs, and the turnaround time was excellent. Complimentary uber to pick it up made things easier. Shoutout to froggy for the immaculate cleaning job too. Would happily use again.

Took my car for repair here never again! My experience was terrible given the keys by receptionist who told me my car was across the road. No one walked around the car with me & no one checked the car before handover! My car was covered in overspray none of my badges were put back on! The inside was filthy absolutely in a terrible state. I called them next day sent email to customer care no follow up! What a terrible terrible experience. I’m absolutely disgusted with them.

On the day of my car repair after an assessment, AAMI has only sent partial info and my previous assessor who seems to be no longer working there dont include all my claim. I was so nervous as I was waiting for 7 months from the claim day but the lady on the counter and Daniel has all sorted in few minutes. I can’t be more happier!

They’ve repaired our family car within a short period of time, and did a good job with it. This has been our best experience so far with a car panel repair shop and we have had a fair few to compare them with. If we needed work done again on any of our cars it would probably be our wish to take it to them again. Their receptionist was competent and quick to deal with as were their other team members, they were all understanding and friendly. We appreciate your business. Insurance sent me here to fix up my car. Very happy with the results.

I was forced to go through them because of my insurer. It was an absolute circus for three months. No value for people’s time and will promise the world to you. Do not believe a single word. The repairs seem fine, but the inside of my doors were left with shoe marks and the seats were full of dirt. Definitely not how I gave them my car.It took me over 2 months just to get my car in for repairs due to delays on their end. Here’s when the big promises came. The assessor told me my car would be ready for pickup the following week. The following week came and I called in to be told next week. There was another two next weeks before I got my car which meant I had to keep changing my alternate transport plans to get to work. Why promise things you can’t do? Disingenuous would be an understatement.To top it all off, when I went to pick up my car the lady at the front handed me the keys to somebody else's car? I also asked for the assessor to walk me through the repairs they had done only to be told, why does your job not ring a bell for me. These people are clueless.Sorry to anyone who has to go through them.

Extremely satisfied with the end result of my repairs. Daniel took charge of the whole process from start to finish. Efficiently communicated each status change. The work was exceptional and completed well ahead of predicted time. I highly recommend Daniel and his team if you're particular and fussy, like me, to attend to your car repairs.

Thanks to Daniel for the amazing turn around time on my repair. We were initially told our car would be there for 5 to 7 days and it was done within 24 hrs. It was for a replacement side mirror. Also I was so happy that they gave the whole car a wash! Thanks SMART.
