I had my ear piercing today at Lovisa Belconnen store around 3:55 PM. I really had an amazing experience. And the sales expert who has done my piercing was very professional and very kind towards me. I really appreciate her for her hard-work and patience.☺️

Bought a lovely pair of earrings the other week and one of the ladies who worked the cash register was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

The backs to the earrings are so cheap, if you don't line the earring up perfectly then the back will break, spent $20 on a multipack when it should've been priced as $2 because the quality is that bad

I had my nose pierced this week at Lovisa Belconnen. The staff were so lovely and professional. The piercing went so smoothly and I have to say I it feels like I've had in for years. No pain or complications. Thank you to the two girls that served me last Tuesday. Great service.

Made daughter and her friends turn their pockets out before leaving store today. They were very embarrassed by this. They offered their school bags but shopkeepers wanted them to turn out pockets. They are not thieves!!! Very poor service.

I had piercing last week and it was a great experience. Thanks to Anjali who is very professional and provide such a good reception. I was afraid of piercing but she has done the job so perfectly that now I'm searching new area to pierce.

The staff at lovisa belconnen was so rude to me I simply just asked where a product was so I could get my daughter a Christmas gift and the attitude of the staff was terrible I would not go back.
