Good spot for a groom. They listen to what you want done and don't just shear the dog like some other places. They understood that our Havanese's coat should be kept a certain length and not shaved all the way back.

Such a beautiful salon. All the staff are so friendly and my little Maple has never looked more beautiful. She left looking like a hollywood hound!

Not going back. They didn’t do what I asked. They did things I explicitly asked them not to do, and my pup hasn’t been able to stop scratching for days because of razor burn. He’s never had that issue before at any other groomer. That’s the first and last time we’ll be using Hollywood Hounds.

Our dog is medium size , plus anal glands and nails all together was only 35$ .Great service. Easy to make a booking online.I will definitely go back.

We have a King Charles Cavelier which had not shaved hair but not long, we went and asked for it to be trimmed and to leave his tail and ears or just tidy them up if they thought it was needed. When we were called to pick him up 1 hour later he had been fully shaved his hair is about 5mm long now. He also had 2 cuts from a shaver on his body and nothing was said. It was also shaved badly pieces missed under his ears and they shaved bits on his face too.

They keep deleting my negative review. Their grooming services are great but their booking process is shocking and I am not sure how they stay in business. It’s impossible to book with them and even the owner won’t follow up bookings despite promising. Very odd and disappointing.

Just picked Poppy up and I cannot praise Jodie and her daughter enough! ( sorry I did not get your name ) . The groom is excellent, she looks great, smells great and most of all she's happy which makes me know she was treated well while there. Hollywood Hounds is excellent, we'll 100% be going there from now on. Thankyou team!
