Having done pilates before I thought I would try this new local business. I sure wasn't disappointed.Contro has a beautiful layout with a comfortable amount of room for the Mat classes. Madeleine greeted myself and daughter at the door and was very warm and inviting upon arriving taking the time to remember our names.The class itself sure did give us a workout, with every exercise explained well and demonstrated to us. At the end of our session my body had been well stretched and exercised. I left feeling fantastic and definitely will be back again.

110% recommend. As someone who is new to pilates, I definetly recommend Contro!! Such a welcoming and encouraging environment! The instructors are super friendly and supportive!I love that every class is different and I can really challenge myself each time!

I had my first reformer Pilates class on Monday night and loved it! As it was my first time using the reformer, I did the beginner/pregnancy class. My glutes are still burning! I’ll be back for sure. Such a great class and a beautiful space. Thanks Madeleine x

Beautifully choreographed yet challenging classes for all ages and genders! Super friendly and welcoming staff! Very easy to learn techniques as staff take the time to help and communicate with you what needs to be done to get the best possible burn! Would 100% recommend Contro to all, my favourite place to go!

I love going to Contro Pilates… the overall “vibe” you get is fun and friendly - you want to be there and join the classes.My first mat class and I’m feeling amazing… after doing the Reformer Pilates, and now the Mat class… I’m feeling more confident in myself, ready to try all the classes, eager to get up and go in the mornings!Having the guidance and support from the instructor in the class - it’s a 10/10 from me!
